Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

• ​Artist pieces purchased will be packaged for shipping the next Saturday, for shipping the next shipping pickup date.

• ​Made to order items are created and shipped by our third party vendor.  7-10 days for production and then they will ship direct to the customer.

• Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we’ll always keep you updated on timelines.

• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
   

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide (like name, address, or email) will only be used to process your order and will never be shared or sold.


 Returns & Exchanges

• Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

• Customer happiness matters to us — never hesitate to reach out to us.

Care Guidelines

• Resin pieces: Avoid prolonged sunlight, heat, or water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft cloth.

• Jewelry: Store in a dry place; sterling silver may naturally patina over time but can be polished. If using silver cleaner, rinse the other beads immediately to avoid damage.

• Press-on nails: Reusable with proper care. Remove gently and store safely between uses.

• Throw pillows: Spot clean or hand wash covers as needed to preserve fabric.
